Vermont house passed a 92% e-cigarette tax for the state as a way to “dissuade teens” from vaping. This bill passed in the house and is now going to Senate. Vermont is also working on bills to ban online sales of vape products in the state of Vermont along with raising the minimum age requirement to 21.
We now wait to see what happens in Senate with this bill, but it doesn’t look good. This is just another attack on the vaping industry with ridiculous claims in order to make it harder on vape companies and to make even more money off citizens.
